TERMS OF SERVICE OF SALES TRIGGER LIMITED

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern access to and use of the services provided by SALES TRIGGER LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong, through the website salestrigger.io and related services (hereinafter referred to as "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you expressly agree to all the terms outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
When we say "you" or "your," we mean you. If you are using our Services on behalf of a legal entity (e.g., your employer), you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" and "your" will refer to that entity.
If you have a paid SalesTrigger subscription plan, your subscription will remain active for the term specified in your contract. Your subscription will automatically renew at SalesTrigger's most current rates upon the expiration of the subscription period. If you wish to opt-out of auto-renewal, you may do so by canceling your SalesTrigger subscription. To cancel your subscription, send an email to hello@salestrigger.io.
2. Our Services
SALES TRIGGER LIMITED provides a platform for collecting intent-based customer leads. The installed extension automatically joins events, collects participant data, and delivers it to clients.
We are actively developing new features and products to improve SalesTrigger. As part of these efforts, we may add or remove features, introduce new services, or discontinue certain services entirely (or limit them to specific locations or users) if they no longer make business sense or pose risks to SalesTrigger, our users, or third parties. While we strive to avoid disruptions, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and your content may become temporarily unavailable due to such disruptions or changes. We are not liable for any such interruptions or changes in service.
3. Registration and Access
To access the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it current and accurate.
You must also provide a credit card to pay for SalesTrigger's Services. You agree to promptly notify SalesTrigger of any changes to your billing address or credit card. SalesTrigger reserves the right to change prices, charge for previously free Services, and modify payment methods, effective immediately upon publication on the website or by sending you an email. Unless stated otherwise in your contract, all payments are non-refundable.
All SalesTrigger accounts are subscription-based; subscriptions will renew unless canceled before the renewal start date. Upon renewal, SalesTrigger will apply the most current pricing unless otherwise specified in your contract.
4. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password, and for all activities conducted through your account. You agree to notify SalesTrigger immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breaches.
You agree not to license, sell, or transfer your account without our prior written consent.
5. Intellectual Property
Our Services include content that belongs to us, such as our product, website, and original materials created by us. You may use this content in accordance with these Terms, but we retain all intellectual property rights to our content.
We welcome feedback about our Services. By submitting feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable license to use your feedback and any ideas derived from it without restriction, attribution, or compensation to you.
6. Privacy
The SalesTrigger Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using the Services, you agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to Terms
SalesTrigger reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
SALES TRIGGER LIMITED is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or loss of profits related to the use of the Services.
9. Termination of Use
We may terminate your access to the Services without prior notice if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
